A bit about Essential eBiz Solutions Ltd

Essential eBiz Solutions was formed on the 24th February 2006,

Why? We decided that there were too many agencies out there who didn't listen to their clients, and as a result the client felt cheated and wasn't happy with the web site that they ended up with. We wanted to make a change, by bringing in a more focused customer service aspect we aim to produce high quality, affordable web sites whilst at the same time making sure the client is involved every step of the way and that the end result is exactly what the client had pictured.

Our Approach

Not only do we have a team of web designers and web developers who have years of experience, we also have a very unique approach to the whole process of building a web site and it starts the moment you contact us.

We start off by either inviting you to visit us for a chat with tea and coffee and the normal stuff or we come over to your premises to have a talk about what it is you want your web site to do or achieve for you. It's normally a long conversation hence why we have the coffee. Once your happy with what we've talked about we'll create a dummy mock up of the site and plan another visit this time we'll get a bit technical (sorry) and begin talking you through any technologies we would plan to use and what this would mean to the site and it's users....

....Then comes the dreaded bit, once you've said yes we'll send or bring round our contract, this is more of a security and comfort measure for you, and just confirms all the details of the project including our predicted price. Once you've signed we'll jump on to the project right away.

Our first task after that is to build the content, this means more meetings with us whilst we get to know you and the business, we also ask you for content and with our understanding of your business make in workable into the site. We then build the pages and integrate any technologies as necessary and will invite you to regularly review the work being done.

Finally once we've all agreed the site is ready for launch together we will decide a date and put her on the web. But our relationship want stop there we'll provide you with technical training and will provide technical assistance all the way.
