General
Our terms and conditions apply to all clients of Essential eBiz Solutions and their projects and any users of Essential eBiz Solutions Ltd web sites. Anyone accessing/using or receiving work from Essential eBiz Solutions are bound to the terms and conditions stated here.

Intellectual Property
All text, images, pictures, graphics and other data stored on our web sites are copyrighted by Essential eBiz Solutions Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No part of any Essential eBiz Solutions web site can be copied without express permission from Essential eBiz Solutions Ltd.

Payments
Once you have received and sign your agreement and it has been signed and returned a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before any work will commence.

The remaining balance is to be paid in full before any work is released publicly and may include extra's depending on work given and completed but will be present in a detailed invoice and any extra work will be advised prior to it's undertaking.

Cancellations
Cancelling a project may be accepted at any stage although if a cancellation is received during the design process a few of 25% from the project total will be required, cancelling during the site being built will incur a 50% or the project total balance as a contract release fee and cancelling when the project is undergoing final review will still require the full project balance to be paid.

All of our work comes with a six month warranty, this ensures that your project as been built to your specifications.

Legal Notice
Essential eBiz Solutions Ltd are in no way responsible for fraudulent acts/omissions or personal injury from loss of profit, savings, contracts or legal content submitted by it's clients. We do have a strict policy that we do not build or host adult related material.

The terms and conditions relating to this document are governed by United Kingdom laws. If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful or unenforceable they will be deemed severable and will not effect the rest of the provisions. Essential eBiz Solutions hold the right to revise and update these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.
